Bristol Zoo Ticket Classifications

  • An adult is classed as aged 15 and over.
  • A child is classed as aged 2 – 14 years inclusive. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Children aged under 2 years are free of charge (Advance booking is still essential). All children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Disabled adults or children can bring one carer with them free of charge when they pay the full adult/child price (Advance booking is still essential).
  • Evidence of eligibility will be requested, which may include a Blue Badge, a statement of special educational needs from LEA or NHS, or a letter from a medical professional on NHS-headed paper.

Bristol Zoo Tickets – Tips

  • Please book your tickets online and in advance of your visit.
  • A limited number of tickets are available at timeslots each day.
  • Please select your ticket type below, taking care to select the correct option.
  • Your timed ticket is your arrival time, but you are free to stay on-site all day.
  • Bristol Zoo closes at 5.30 pm, animal houses close at 5:00 pm, last entry timeslot is 3:30-4:00 pm.

Bristol Zoo has two types of memberships – an annual membership and a dual attractions membership.

A strictly limited number of tickets are available each day to ensure that everyone has the space to enjoy the Zoo safely.

Unfortunately, if you do not have a timed ticket when you arrive, you will be respectfully turned away.

If your child is 1 year old upon the expiry date of your membership, their membership will be free of charge when you come to renew.

If your child turns 2 years of age before your current membership expiry date, then they will need to be paid for when you renew.

If you do decide to travel by car, Bristol Zoo has two car parks at the Zoo. However, parking is very limited and we cannot guarantee you a space.

There is a £5.00 charge for visitors and a £3.00 charge for Members.

Yes, there is free parking on evenings, weekends and Bank holidays (please check the parking meters).
